Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using the WiggleBud dog-owner community. Effective October 6, 2026.

Operator and eligibility

WiggleBud is a product operated by Rastko Djurdjevic, an individual in Serbia. WiggleBud itself is not a separate legal entity. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate registration and dog-profile details, particularly information relevant to dog behavior and safety, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless caused by our failure to protect it.

Community use

Use the service lawfully and follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate others; send spam; post unlawful or abusive content; misuse another person's location; or put an animal or person at risk. You may block or report another member. We may review reports and restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.

Profiles, content and messages

You are responsible for photos, profile details and messages you submit. Only share content you have the right to use. You retain your rights in your content; you allow WiggleBud to store, display and transmit it as needed to operate the features you use. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to necessary safety records and technical retention described in the Privacy Policy. Do not assume a private message can be withdrawn from someone who has already seen or saved it.

Location and meeting in person

WE'RE OUT shares your dog's active walk location with eligible nearby members. END WALK stops active public visibility. Device or network failures can affect updates, so do not rely on the app as an emergency or tracking service. You decide whether to meet another person. Use a safe public place, supervise your dog, and follow local leash and animal-control rules. We cannot verify every member's identity or guarantee another person's or dog's behavior.

Service and availability

The current WiggleBud beta is free to use. Features may change, pause or be unavailable while we maintain or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular match, walk outcome or notification delivery. We provide the beta with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every profile is accurate or that every encounter is safe. Nothing here excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts and ending use

You may stop using WiggleBud or delete your account through Settings → Account Information. See how account deletion works. We may suspend access when reasonably needed for safety, abuse prevention or legal compliance. Any legally required records may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.

WiggleBud rights and legal limits

The WiggleBud name, branding and service software belong to their respective rights holders. You receive a limited permission to use the app for its intended purposes. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer, privacy or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Serbian law applies to the operation of WiggleBud by its Serbia-based operator where applicable; this does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country.
